Description

VicHealth invites submissions from Victorian organisations to implement a three-year pilot project in their workplace that builds equal and respectful relationships between men and women, with a focus on action that increases women’s representation and leadership.

The pilot project will develop a body of evidence and understanding about how to effectively build equal and respectful relationships between men and women at work and ultimately, prevent violence against women before it occurs. This exciting opportunity is best suited to a Victorian workplace that is committed to employee health, gender equality, creating long-term change and working collaboratively with partners.

The contract value is up to $300,000 over three years, commencing October 2011.
