Rail Projects Victoria and Major Road Projects Victoria require the provision of a Tender, Panel and Response Management System (TPRMS) that can be utilised to support the procurement of major project construction works and major goods and services contracts, typically procurements requiring the use of secure closed user groups for sharing information (i.e. tender data rooms), to manage the exchange of large volumes of tender data required to support complex procurements associated with the scale, size and magnitude associated with infrastructure projects.
