Description
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide cost effective responsive and vacant dwelling maintenance and repair Works (Vacant Unit Maintenance and Responsive Maintenance), and to deliver the Property Condition Audit services (PCA Services), to the departments owned and managed properties.
This tender is for the geographic areas in Victoria listed in Attachment 1 - Contract Area details. Tenderers may submit tenders for any number of Contract Areas.
