Tender Number CFA-2021-0183 (Re-tender of previous CFA-2020-0044)

The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is retendering the above project to release an Open Tender for the construction of the new Mt Macedon Fire Station.

The proposed works comprise:

• 3 No. Motor Room bays to house fire trucks and similar appliances.
• The Amenities wing to comprise a Brigade Office, Multipurpose Room including kitchen, Turn-Out rooms, and Toilet facilities.
• The Workshop wing to comprise a Workshop, Comms Room, Store and associated facilities.
• Building services to suit the fire station; and
• Revised Civil Works comprising Bulk excavation and removal of Class C material, driveway, pavements, parking areas and landscaping.

Construction works will take place on a green field site at 595 Mt Macedon Road, Mt Macedon.

Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, and Industrial Relations Management are mandatory requirements.
