FBIP Phase 1 – Landscape Architect (RFP- 10709)

Development Victoria (DV) will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Landscape Architectural Design Services at a large inner Melbourne industrial site undergoing redevelopment.

This RFP will be released via a Selective Tender to Landscape Architects that are pre-qualified on the Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria’s Construction Supplier Register (CSR). The selected bidders must have relevant expertise and experience in providing landscape architecture design, co-ordination and documentation services for large open spaces and streetscapes. 

The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework. 

The services are to be delivered using Development Victoria’s standard form Consultancy Agreement.   

Full detail of the procurement will be distributed to invited tenderers in late 2021.
