Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a local, reputable, capable and experienced company to complete the below kitchen and outdoor refurbishment on time and within budget. This is to improve the facilities for staff working at the currently leased building to the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA).

SCOPE OF WORKS

This procurement includes - 

Kitchen area - 

• Cabinetry refurbishment, benchtop, doors and face sheets, reuse existing carcasses 
• New Dishwashers (x2), range hood (non-commercial), under bench oven (900mm), double bowl two drainer sinks with mixers, reuse convection cooktops 
• Floor coverings (vinyl sheeting), suspended ceiling (replace damaged tiles), window coverings 
• Privacy screens (zone areas) 
• PC workstations area (joinery refurbishment) 
• A temporary kitchen will be provided onsite for staff to use during the work 

Outdoor alfresco area - 

• Fixed seating and privacy screens (zone areas) 
• Upgrade BBQ surrounds (gas line external)  
• Landscaping (bluestone pavers, artificial grass, Lilydale toppings) 
• Remove existing scoria
