RFT 2021-05 ESTA Ballarat Building Mechanical Upgrade

THIS TENDER IS TO BE RELEASED VIA FEDERATION UNIVERSITY EPROCURE TENDER PORTAL - CLOSING DATE FOR THE TENDER IS 12TH NOVEMBER 2021, 4PM AEST. 

Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experience contractor team to undertake a replacement and upgrade of the mechanical systems in the Emergency Services Telecommunication Authority (ESTA) facility in Ballarat.   In order to be considered as a compliant bid, suppliers must respond to all questions listed as mandatory.     The scope involves the procurement and installation of major mechanical equipment, and modification/replacement of internal pipework, ducting and equipment, relevant electrical systems, as well as elements of structural modification to suit the changes in mechanical equipment and layout. A building permit is required for this work, as such a registered commercial builder will be required on the contractor team.
