Cybercriminals are using publicly available procurement information to impersonate Victorian Government officials and send personalised phishing emails. These messages are designed to extract sensitive information and may be used to commit business email compromise or invoice fraud.

Description
Advanced Tender Notice – Car Park Upgrades (Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Kyneton, North Shore and Beaufort Railway Stations)
VicTrack would like to update potential Tenderers with advice that the Design and Construction of the car park upgrades at Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Kyneton, North Shore and Beaufort Stations will be released to the market by early to mid November 2021, pending stakeholder approvals.
The tender includes:
- Gisborne Station 100 New and Upgraded car spaces (CCTV, lighting and PA System)
- North Shore Station 200 New and upgraded car spaces(CCTV, Lighting and PA System)
- Beaufort Station 40 New and Upgraded car spaces (CCTV and Lighting)
- Riddells Creek Station 50 New and Upgraded car spaces (CCTV and Lighting)
- Kyneton 50 Station New and Upgraded car spaces (CCTV and Lighting)
The tender will be packaged into the following groups, Tender package 1 (Gisborne, Riddells Creek and Kyneton) Tender package 2 (Beaufort) and Tender package 3 (North Shore). Tenderers may also wish to bid for all 3 packages (5 sites) as one or an individual package.
These documents will be accessible via the Victrack Electronic Procurement System (ZYCUS) only. Suppliers will have to register for Zycus to access any and all VicTrack Tendered request for tender documentation

Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
