Description
The Department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to implement the Victorian Home and Community Care (HACC) Program Quality Framework 2011 - 2014 for approximately 350 HACC funded agencies that do not have ACHS/QIC accreditation. The successful tenderer will be required to develop and pilot a Victorian HACC Quality Review Resource, conduct information sessions, and undertake Quality Reviews of these agencies using the Community Care Common Standards Guide and incorporating Victorian specific policy and program requirements.
