Box Hill Institute (BHI) is seeking to engage a professional and experienced Cleaning Services provider through this Request for Tender (RFT) process. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive cleaning services across multiple BHI campuses.

The overarching objectives of this RFT are to:

·         Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all BHI facilities.

·         Enhance the experience of students, staff, and visitors by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

·         Deliver services in a cost effective and resource efficient manner.

·         Support BHI’s commitment to sustainability, safety, and operational excellence.
