Contract - ATN 2024081

Westernport Water will be releasing a Invitation to Supply (ITS) for the Provision of Civil Maintenance Services in the week commencing 3 February 2025. This will be an open and competitive public tender. The scope of services for the ITS includes, but is not limited to:

• Provision of plant, equipment, and operators for planned maintenance activities
• Provision of plant, equipment, and operators for unplanned maintenance activities
• Excavation, boring and trenching services
• Non-destructive excavation
• Supply of materials such as crushed rock, sand, soil, etc.
• Availability of on-call services 24/7, 365 days a year (response time to unplanned works within 1.5hours from notification by Principal to Contractor)

The services will be contracted for a 3-year period, with limited extensions available.

The ITS will be released publicly on the Tenderlink website. Offers must be submitted at www.tenderlink.com/westernportwater. Lodgement of Offers by any other electronic method will not be accepted.
