The single package is made up of 2 components as follows:

Design and Construction services are required for the upgrade of an existing steel potable water tank:

-              Existing 6ML steel potable water tank upgrade and refurbishment, including new roof (currently unroofed), coating services, replacement of access and fittings.

Construction services are required for:

-              New building, complete with booster pump station, secondary disinfection plant, new switchboard and emergency generator.

-              Supply/inlet pipe work within the site, buried and above ground pipework and valving.

-              Outlet and bypass pipe work within the site and decommissioning of existing booster pump station.

-              General site works include landscaping and site drainage upgrade.

It is highly recommended that Tenderers attend the online briefing session at 10.00am on 10th September. A site inspection will be held the following day at 140 Tower Road. Portarlington at 10.00am on 11th September, which is not madatory but attendance is highly recommended. See briefing section for details.
