Contract Details
As part of its ongoing commitment to service, SGW continually monitors and assesses the condition and reliability of its sewer systems. Rehabilitation and relining of sewers are necessary to maintain service standards for our wastewater customers, and is completed to avoid sewer blockages and spills.
South Gippsland Water (SGW) is releasing a Schedule of Rates package of relining works procured through a renewal works contract to rehabilitate selected sewer mains within the South Gippsland Water Region. This contract will remain valid for a fixed term period of 4 years with the option of two 1-year extensions at SGW's discretion. The works procured will include cleaning sewers, undertake CCTV inspections, reline sewers, junction cut-outs, junction sealing of property connections, post-cleaning, and testing/commissioning of sewer lines, as described in the technical specifications. Note: The scope of work do not include the coating of the internal surfaces and any civil works for the rehabilitation of sewer manholes.
A non-mandatory briefing session will commence on Monday 12th August 2024 via Microsoft teams. Contractors are required to register their intention to attend with Henry Huang (contact information below) with at least 48 hours' notice.

Completed responses including all completed Schedules must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful 'Submission Receipt' timed and dated upon completion.
