Coliban Water has entered into Framework Agreements with five separate Delivery Partners across two panels to delivery a range of works to upgrade our storages and treatment plants throughout our region in North-Central Victoria.  Together the Mechanical/Electrical and the Civil/Earthworks panels will delivery a program of works to increase the reliability and capability of Coliban Waters storages and treatment plants across the region to meet current and future demands and regulatory requirements.  The Framework Agreements will allow collaborative engagements with the Delivery Partners across many delivery models including Early Contractor Involvement, Design and Construct and Construct Only.
