CFA is seeking the supply and delivery fo a "Turnkey" Catering Vehicle.

The catering unit is used to provide refreshments and hot meals to operational and support staff at major incidents as required. The catering vehicle shall be based on 6m rear pod on 8T cab chassis with nominal 500kg stowage allowance. The electrical load shall be based on selected equipment with minimum estimated of 4500 watts.
The appliance is designed as a self-contained mobile commercial kitchen to cater for emergencies or events. Its primary aim is to cater for static operation outside, however, can be moved around as necessary.
• 8T single cab chassis
• Pod construction shall be made of metal frame with 50mm cool room food grade insulated panels.
• Vehicle overall dimension 7800mm long x 2400mm wide x 3550mm high (with canopy extraction fan)
• Pod dimension 6000mm long x 2400mm wide
• R12 food grade flooring
• Stainless steel bench tops
• 10L hot water system
• 100L fresh water and 100L wastewater tanks
• 240V electrical fit out with battery and charger
