The BW Group (Barwon Water and Barwon Asset Solutions) requires suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to provide maintenance services, plant and equipment hire (wet and dry), materials and various construction related services. 

To balance cost, delivery and quality across The BW Group’s area of responsibility, this contract has divided this area into two (2) distinct zones:

• Zone 1 - Geelong & Bellarine
• Zone 2 - Otway & Coastal

The Maintenance Services Panel Contract aims to:

1. Deliver plant hire and minor construction projects in the most cost-efficient manner.
2. Have a range of pre-qualified contractors available to provide plant hire, trades, materials and specialised services that are readily available for BW & BAS operators to buy under contractual arrangements.
3. Projects are completed to applicable standards.
4. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
5. To ensure on-going engagements and preference will be given to Contractors that offer the best value for money, this shall include, price, reliability, performance and meeting contract requirements.
6. Allow BW & BAS operators to seek multiple quotes from the panel to maintain competitive tension and allow contractor opportunities.
