RFT-817 CHILDREN’S GRAVES CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - BUNURONG MEMORIAL PARK (BMP)

Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Tuesday 21st November 2023 via Tenders Vic.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 11.00am Friday 3rd November 2023 at Meeting point – Reception, Southern Aurora Centre, Bunurong Memorial Park.  Tender briefing and site inspection contact for this Tender is Karim Mikahil.  Please note that it’s SMCT’s recommendation that face masks be worn.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Wednesday 8th November 2023 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Thursday 9th November 2023.

Note: 

1. Attached is an SMCT custom contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
