Contract - RFT-818

Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service, as detailed in the attached Tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm 8th November 2023 via Tenders Vic.

Please confirm submission of Tender documentation via email to [email protected] after tender closing time.  SMCT will confirm receipt via email.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 3.00pm 17th October 2023 at Meeting point – Reception, Southern Aurora Centre, Bunurong Memorial Park.  Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Karim Mikahil.  It is SMCT’s recommendation that a face mask be worn.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm 24th October 2023 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm 30th October 2023
