Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00PM Thursday 14 September 2023 via Buying for Victoria website (Tenders Vic).

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 2.00pm Tuesday 22 August 2023 at Meeting point RECEPTION, Southern Aurora Centre, Bunurong Memorial Park.  Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Graeme Roy - Mobile - 0409 504 486.  Recommend face mask be worn.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Friday 25 August 2023 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 30 August 2023.
