South Gippsland Water (SGW) invites tenders for the construction of the Bena Road Branch Sewer Stage 1.

The Bena Road Branch Sewer includes the construction of approximately 850m of DN300 gravity sewer in a new alignment, comprising of approximately 615m of DN300 PVC DWV, 233m of DN300 GRP jacking pipe, 2m of OD250 PE100 and 9no. cast in situ maintenance holes. The Branch Sewer works are located predominantly within South Gippsland Shire Council road reserve, with a small section within private farming property. The full scope of works and specification can be downloaded after free registration on this portal.

A mandatory site meeting and inspection will commence at 10:30am on Thursday 10th August 2023 at the corner of Ferrier Street and Bena Road, Korumburra VIC 3950. Contractors are required to register their intention to attend with Jason Williams (contact information below) with at least 48 hours' notice.

Completed responses including all completed Schedules must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders close 5:00 p.m. Friday 8th September 2023 and all submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
