Description
Engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Heritage Head Consultancy Services (design team) to carry out heritage conservation and PM services for the repair and conservation of Werribee Park Mansion roofs and associated stonework, including updating the existing Heritage Conditions Assessment and Recommendations Report.
The aims of the project are to address:
- Major leaking roof
- Roof Drainage problems
- Disintegrating and collapsing roof stonework
- Failing chimneys
- Damage to clock tower glass face
