Peninsula Health is the primary provider of health care services for both the metropolitan and rural residents of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula and Frankston region. Services are delivered across multiple sites, from Seaford in the north to Sorrento in the south. Peninsula Health currently have an exciting opportunity for In-home brokered health services across the following categories: Personal care, home care, respite (In home), meals, home maintenance, forensic, industrial cleaning, pest control services, nursing and allied health.
