Ports Victoria is responsible for:

• channel management and safe navigation in the waters of the ports of Melbourne, Geelong and Hastings
• waterside emergency and marine pollution response
• the management of Station Pier as Victoria’s premier cruise shipping and interstate passenger ferry facility.

Ports Victoria is seeking appropriately qualified and experienced contractor/consultant(s) for the provision of ongoing Hydrographic Surveying Services at Port of Geelong and Port of Hastings.

The works package calls for the services to be provided for up to three (3) years with the option of two 1-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor/consultant(s).  

The period of the agreement shall be at PV’s absolute discretion.

Ports Victoria is preparing this open, public tender for release on 19 October 2022 with a view to selecting preferred contractor/consultants(s) by December 2022/January 2023.
