Parks Victoria sought to engage a suitably qualified and experienced principal Supplier for the provision of grounds maintenance services, on an ongoing basis for a duration of three (3) years, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) year period. 

Parks Victoria currently manages its services across five regions:
•    Melbourne
•    Southern and Maritime
•    Eastern Victoria
•    Western Victoria
•    Northern Victoria

Services will be provided on a planned and as required basis for a number of asset types including, but not limited to:
•    grass surface mowing and basic turf maintenance (turf, picnic, meadow and rural and/or firebreak);
•    edging and slashing (turf, medium (picnic and/or meadow) and rural allotments);
•    selective and/or non-selective herbicide weed control (spraying); and
•    other associated services (renovation, garden bed maintenance and landscaping).
•    Waste management – transfer and disposal of generated green waste, as part of the provision of Services.

This is a Services Standing Offer Agreement for 3 years plus 2 Option Years and is based on a Schedule of Rates
