Reconstruction of Altona Pier

Parks Victoria is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations/contractors for the reconstruction of 330m long and 4.5m wide Altona Pier, Altona.

Works includie the demolition of the old pier and the construction of a new pier, including supply and installation of steel piles, precast concreete crossheads, installation of steel/timber beams and timber decking.  Works also include the installation of stainless steel baulstarde, LED lighting, the construction of a lower landing and associated ramps and stairs. Tenderers are encouraged to recycle all demolished materials.  

For site inspections, visit the site on your own time. Contact Parks victoria if access to the old pier is required, which is currently partially closed.

Tender close at 2.00pm Thursday, 07 July 2022 in the electronic tender box on www.tenders.vic.gov.au

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
