South East Water is seeking a qualified supplier to design, manufacture, supply and deliver pressure sewer Pump Units for our Pressure Sewer system.

The Pump Units will form part of a sewer reticulation system, installed on individual allotments that discharge to a pressurised collection system.

The contract also includes the following sales support requirements: 

• Preparation and supply of detailed installation instructions; 
• Preparation and supply of detailed maintenance & operation manuals;
• Onsite training of local installation contractors; 
• Provision and timely support of a product warranty; 
• Supply of spare parts; 
• Audit of grinder pump installations; 
• Servicing and Maintenance of Pump Units during the warranty period
