Monash Health seeks to engage a suitable contractor for the replacement of two Walk-in Refrigerators with two Walk-in Freezers at the Dandenong Hospital Level 2 (Ground Floor). The scope of works will include Decommissioning through to Commissioning including testing to the relevant standards.

The scope of the Works Package includes:

• Decommissioning and removal of existing Refrigerators
• Supply and Installation of new freezers as per the Specification document which include Upgrading all services including Mechanical, Provide Electrical through Mechanical sub board and Data Switching and cabling and alarms.
• The refurbishment works area is located at the Dandenong Hospital Level 2, which will be required to remain operational for staff and patients throughout construction.
