Description
North East Water is seeking to establish a panel of preapproved suppliers of ICT Services for three (3) years, as described in this Expression of Interest (EOI), commencing in September 2020.
The panel will initially be used to provision resources to work on the implementation the new Billing System, CRM and Customer Portal on the Salesforce platform and its integration to other core systems.
