IBAC is the agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct in Victoria.  

The Department of Government Services is supporting IBAC by inviting all registered suppliers on the Buying for Victoria portal to participate in a 12-minute online survey. Your views are important as suppliers can suffer loss from procurement-related corruption.

The survey is open until Friday 21 August 2026. Participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous. All responses will be de-identified and analysed at the sector-level only so it will not be possible for any individual person or organisation to be identified. 

Please note that this survey is not related to any IBAC investigations, nor is it designed to identify individual instances of suspected corrupt conduct or misconduct.  

IBAC has engaged an external research consultancy, EY Sweeney, to collect and analyse the data. 

IBAC will publish summary findings on the IBAC website in December 2026. This is an important survey to provide a picture of the corruption and misconduct landscape across the Victorian public sector and explore how this is changing over time.
