Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled to take place on the Tuesday 3^rd of February 2026 at 11am . Please meet at the All-Souls Mausoleum main entrance , Springvale Botanical Cemetery. Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Karim Mikahil.

Please note that failure to attend MANDATORY site visit will deem any Tender submissions void.

All questions must be submitted by 2pm Wednesday 11^th of February 2026 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Tuesday 17^th of February 2026 .

Note: Attached is a VPS Contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
