Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and MANDATORY site inspection at 12.30pm 17th March 2025 at Meeting point: Reception, Southern Aurora Centre, Bunurong Memorial Park. All questions must be submitted by 3.00pm 24th March 2025 and will be responded to no later than 3.00pm 1st April 2025.

Note: Attached is an VPS Medium Works Contract, which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.

• Preliminary documentation checklist;
• Building permit application form (Form 1);
• Certificate of title
• Extent of wall for patch and paint – allowing to remediate after panels removed to get the new cremators in
• Markups of roof panel drawings – note these were included in the RFT documents
