Contract - RFT-902

Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Tuesday 29 October 2024 via Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 11am Wednesday 2 October 2024 at Meeting point – Reception, MGC Gatehouse. Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Paul Crowhurst – High Vis PPE is required

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Wednesday 16 October 2024 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 23 October 2024.

Note:  Attached is an SMCT custom contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
