Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Thursday 31st July 2025 via Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website.

A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled to take place on the Tuesday 22nd of July 2025 at 10:30am. Please meet at St Kilda Cemetery, Dandenong Rd St Kilda East, main entrance gate.

Please note that failure to attend MANDATORY site visit will deem any Tender submissions void.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Thursday 24th July 2025 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Monday 28th July 2025.

Note: Attached is a VPS Contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
