Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Tuesday 18th March 2025 via Tenders Vic.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is MANDATORY that all Tenderers attend a Tender briefing and site inspection at 2.00pm, Tuesday 25th February 2025 at Meeting point; 23A Smith Rd, Springvale VIC 3171.  Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Andy Yang.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm, Tuesday 4th March 2025 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm, 8th March 2025.

Note: Attached is an Victorian Government Contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
