Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm 15th November 2024 via Tenders Vic.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 2.00pm 8th November 2024 at Meeting point RECEPTION, First Floor, Clarence Reardon Centre, Springvale Botanical Cemetery. All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm 11th November 2024 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm 13th November 2024.

Attached is an SMCT custom contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
