Contract - RFT-871

Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Wednesday 24 July 2024 via Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a tender briefing and site inspection at 11.00am Wednesday 10 July 2024 at Meeting point – Reception, MGC Gatehouse. Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Rachel Carter. Recommend face mask be worn.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Monday 15 July 2024 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Tuesday 16 July 2024.

Note:  Attached is an SMCT custom contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
