Monash Health is seeking responses to this ITS with the intention of appointing a Contractor for the provision of TEN-17-00000024 Essential Safety Measures Emergency Lighting.

Monash Health requires a suitably qualified and experienced maintenance Contractor to provide cost effective, reliable, and efficient maintenance of Essential Safety Measures that complies with all relevant parts of AS/NZS 2293.2 – 2005 unless otherwise agreed, this Specification, Government Acts and Regulations and Monash Health policies.

The maintenance of Essential Safety Measures comprises a lump sum price for the:

• Inspection and testing of, and reporting on, existing Essential Safety Measures in the Relevant Buildings specified in the Tender dcouments;

• Inspection & Testing of Exit & Emergency Lighting; and

• To maintain an up to date register of the exit and emergency lights and plans

Monash health will release a Draft Contract by Friday 7 July 2017 via TendersVic.
