Description

The Department of Justice and Regulation (the Department) is issuing this Invitation to Supply (Request for Tender), through the Working with Children Check Unit,  to identify a suitable supplier with the capacity and capability to deliver the Card and Letter Production Service. This service includes the printing, manufacture and despatch of Working with Children Check cards to individual Applicants and related letters to their Employer/Volunteer Organisations from 1 April  2018.

The Department is seeking the services of an organisation having the desired scale of operations, security and fraud protection, quality audit, production processes and remedy functions for the production and despatch of letters and Working With Children Check  cards. Please download the below attachments for more information. All Offers  are to be lodged electronically.

Note to Offerers: Only Offerers capable of providing the Card and Letter Production Service as set out in this Request for Tender should submit an Offer.
