Description

The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF), represented by the Shared Service Provider (SSP), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from the market for the provision of Real Estate and Facilities Management services to government departments and agencies within the State of Victoria.

The SSP is exploring the current market through this EOI to identify a suitably qualified field of suppliers (either as a single provider or a consortia arrangement) most able to demonstrate the ability to deliver quality, value for money services and other essential outcome benefits for its clients and the State.

Responses from the market that are best aligned with the desired capability, experience and approach to delivery against SSP's procurement goals will be considered for the second stage of the procurement process - a select Request for Tender (RTF).
