The Victorian Government will launch a social cohesion campaign in late January 2017.

In addition to mainstream media advertising, it is important that the campaign is taken out to Victorians at festivals and events and regional engagements. A semi-trailer fitted out as a mobile exhibition space is required, which can be taken to events.

The Department requires the following:

1. Campaign Semi-Trailer

A supplier is sought to produce a campaign semi-trailer, and lease it to DPC for DPC’s exclusive use for the campaign period. The campaign semi-trailer will take the messages of a social cohesion campaign out to Victorians at festivals and events all around the state. The semi-trailer will be fitted out so that Victorians can get on board and have a multimedia experience to enable engagement with campaign messages.

 2.   Transport, maintenance and logistics

The same or a different supplier will also be commissioned to deliver the semi-trailer to events, to provide safe storage between events and to provide insurance, registration and maintenance for the trailer.
