Description
VicRoads, in partnership with DTF, is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified consortiums to deliver the Western Package of the Outer Suburban Arterial Road Program. The Project includes:
- financing, design and construction of eight (8) arterial road upgrades in Melbourne’s western suburbs;
- financing and delivery of rehabilitation works within a maintenance area encompassing approximately 705 lane kilometres of arterial roads(the Project Maintenance Area);
- delivery of maintenance (routine and periodic) and rehabilitation of arterial roads, structures and road-side assets in the Project Maintenance Area; and
- the term of the Project PPP contract will conclude 20 years from the scheduled completion of design and construction activities.
