Ballarat Health Services (BHS) State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) is seeking  suitably qualified and experienced tenderer/s to supply Domiciliary Oxygen Program (DOP) clients of SWEP with the appropriate goods and services to meet each client’s particular DOP needs and must be provided directly to the clients at their home. The equipment provided is primarily concentrators and cylinders, with necessary accessories for their use. The services include scheduled delivery and maintenance of the equipment and training of clients in use of the equipment. Tenderers may tender for all or any part of the Services.
