There is approximately 750 operational staff using headsets and amplifiers: a total of 450 dispatchers and 300 call takers across ESTA’s  three ESTA sites with location in Burwood East, Melbourne and Ballarat.

ESTA seeks to appoint a provider for the provision of headsets, amplifiers and related services. The services required include but not limited to repairs and maintenance of headsets and amplifiers, pick up of equipment for repair or replacement and delivery to ESTA sites. It is also required that an asset management system with the functionality of tracking of all headsets issued to staff, repairs and replacement, equipment status, end of life, reporting and online ordering be made available and accessible online to ESTA appointed staff in each site.   A mandatory headset and amplifier trialling will be conducted with the shortlisted tenderers for products offered which are different brand and models from what is currently used by ESTA.

NOTE - PROSPECTIVE TENDERERS:

This is the 1st phase of the tender - Registration of interest only.

Submit the signed off Deed of Confidentiality to register for this tender. Signed deed must be lodged in before 4:00 pm 13 July 2016. This is the only document required in this stage.

Only entities with submitted Deed will be invited to the next stage of the tender. Ensure the name of the company in the Deed is the company submitting the tender documents.
