Description
The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Claims Business Model (CBM) program of work aims to deliver business and technology solutions that support our staff in assisting TAC Clients to get their lives back on track as soon as possible after a transport accident.
The Online Project within the CBM Program will give Clients, in the first instance, and Providers the ability to interact and transact with the TAC online.
The outcome of the Strategic Online Platform tender aims to provide a business foundation that is scalable, secure and interactive, enabling speed to change and speed to market.
The scope of the tender covers four main categories in which we are seeking responses on:
- application services required to deliver a Client Self Service solution in the first instance;
- delivery of a platform that will support the services required;
- delivery capability to implement the platform and required services; and
- support capability for:
- platform support (technical)
- application support (technical / user support)
- application / Claims support (Claims business support)
A non-mandatory tender briefing will occur at the TAC’s Geelong Head Office at 60 Brougham Street, Geelong, 3220 on Tuesday 28 June 2016 at 1:30pm AEST, and will take approximately 1 hour.
Vendors are strongly advised to attend the session to adequately familiarise themselves with the scope of work.
