The Department of Premier and Cabinet seeks to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide services for voice, mobile, data, internet and unified communications to the Victorian Government.

The services are required under the Victorian Government’s Telecommunications Purchasing and Management Strategy, referred to as the TPAMS2025 program.

This invitation seeks proposals from capable and experienced organisations to act as approved telecommunications suppliers under competitive panel arrangements.

TPAMS2025 will replace the current Telecommunications Purchasing and Management Strategy (TPAMS) agreements for data, voice, mobile and internet services with State Purchase Contract (SPC) arrangements. It will create a new SPC providing unified communications services.

TPAMS2025 seeks to take advantage of changing supply conditions and the evolution of new service offerings to strengthen Victoria’s innovative approach to the digital economy and to deliver best value for money for Victorian taxpayers.
