Ambulance Victoria requires a mobile hardware device for paramedics to access business applications and software while in the field. The primary use for these devices will be the creation of an electronic Patient Care Record via specialised software which captures the episode of care provided by AV staff. The hardware device is constrained to a Microsoft operating system as a requirement.

Ambulance Victoria is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified tenderers for the supply, configuration and support of a suitable device, via a managed support service arrangement.
