Description
The Expert Assistance Program (EAP) facilitates development within the established areas of metropolitan Melbourne through the provision of specialist expert and technical assistance to Local Government and developers for important strategic planning projects. The Department of Planning and Community Development (DPCD) is seeking to establish a Standing Panel to deliver expert advice.
The Standing Panel aims to facilitate the engagement of specialist advice to achieve best value for money in terms of price (fees), quality and service delivery. As well as establishing a new Standing Panel to service the larger needs of EAP for activity centres and strategic redevelopment sites, DPCD has identified the opportunity to extend the Standing Panel arrangements to uses outside of the EAP.
