Barwon Health requires comprehensive tender proposals from suitability qualified and experienced vendors for the provision of lift maintenance.

THE MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE CONTRACT WORK ARE:

Periodic and adequate preventative maintenance of the Equipment Including adjustment, lubrication, cleaning, repair, replacement, inspection, and measurement to minimise user complaint and maximise lifts in service;

Attendance to Call-Outs;

Repair and replacement of equipment and components Including the stocking of spare parts and materials as deemed necessary by the Contractor to meet the performance standards of this Agreement;

Periodic testing of safety and other devices to meet relevant statutory Authorities' requirements and the requirements of this Agreement

Performance review - Preparation of regular reports to the Proprietor, and maintenance of records of the complete installation.
