Description

Portion A
The Principal is proposing to appoint a contractor to repair approximately 240m of a DN900 Sewer Trunk Main at Howard St, Epsom. This section (Section 8 - 240m SMH000392 to SMH000391 to SMH000364) is compulsory.

Portion B (Seperable Portion B1 or B2)
The principal would also like to appoint a contractor to repair all or some areas of a 145m DN900 Sewer Trunk Main at Howard St, Epsom. This section (Section 5 - 145m SMH007390 to SMH007387) will be created as a separable portion.
