The Department of Human Services invites submissions from groups of non-government organisations to form ‘Services Connect Partnerships’ to test and refine the Services Connect model over the next two years. Services Connect is the new model for integrated community and human services in Victoria, designed to connect people with the right support, address the whole range of a person’s or family’s needs, and help people build their capabilities to improve their lives. Up to eight Services Connect Partnerships will be established across Victoria to lead, coordinate and integrate service delivery at a DHS Area level.
